Standard shipping for in-stock furniture typically takes 7–14 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 4–8 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How can I ensure the color and fabric match my home?
We understand that lighting varies by home. You can order up to five fabric swatches or material samples for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the perfect match before purchasing.
What kind of warranty comes with ROCCIA products?
All ROCCIA furniture is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper cleaning.
